Job Description: The Client company is currently seeking a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing all digital customer lead generation and acquisition activity, ensuring that it is fullyintegrated and optimised across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for planning and managing media and affiliated activity, at both strategic campaign and tactical commercial levels.

Overall Purpose of the Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager role:
*You will work very closely with the Digital Manager to ensure that you are only sending qualified traffic to the website and that the appropriate web journeys are in place to convert these leads into bookings.
*A key part of the role will be planning, forecasting and reviewing budgets and performance on a regular basis. You will also be expected to modelcampaign scenarios to identify the most impactful and cost-effective mix of digital acquisition activity.
*You will work veryclosely with the brand marketing and Customer Insight teams to understand the acquisition lifecycle, planning media activity around a changing booking curve and according to the different behaviours of customer segments and varied product offering. This insight will also be used to develop eCRM programme in conjunction with these teams.
*You will oversee the implementation of thesocial media strategy as a vehicle for building brand engagement and customer relationships, and explore how social media can act as the ‘glue’ that links all marketing activity together.
*You will manage a significant budget and be responsible for generating substantial direct business revenue.
Experience needed for the Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager:
*Experience of managing marketing acquisition activity at a similar level of responsibility, including online display, paid and natural search, email, social media and affiliate programmes
*Responsibility for meeting significant revenue targets
*Accomplished budget management experience
*Team management experience
*Strong commercial experience
*Advanced experience of using web analytics software, ideally Google Analytics
*Demonstrable experience of cross-channel marketingplanning
*Travel industry experience
*Experience of the over 50s market
*Creative development, including video and rich media media formats
Salary currency: GBP
Salary Benefits: bonus & benefits
Salary: £40000 – £52000 per annum + bonus & benefits
