Liver Congestion – A Growing Epidemic

As a medical intuitive, it is my duty to expose a health crisis plaguing human society today, which is congestion of the liver. This condition is at the heart of nearly all recurrent illness.

This problem is confounded by the fact that the main culprit…liver stones (which are gall stones in the liver) are undetectable by blood tests and liver enzyme tests. Question from Ben from Texas: What is Digital Rights Management and how does it work for eBooks? I am going to publish an E-Book next month and its going to be a pdf file, and I don’t know whether anything can be done to prevent unauthorized distribution of pdf files on the Internet. Please let me know your suggestions. Thanks.

Answer:  Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a technology used to place limitations like, access to or copying of, onto digital content (eBooks, music, etc.). You as the publisher or author of the ebook can determines the level of restrictions applied to an eBook. This includes how many times an eBook can be downloaded for a single purchase, and the number of devices (computers, eBook readers, etc.) to which the eBook can be transferred. Continue reading →

Development of Ayurveda

According to the Indian mythology, the origin of Ayurveda has a link with Brahma, the God of Creation. If the mythologies are to be believed, the Hindu myths say that Brahma wanted to erase the suffering of human by offering knowledge of Ayurveda to other Gods. In order to do so he passed on this knowledge to Dhanvantari – father of Ayurveda.

He then transmitted the knowledge to the mortal sages so that they could heal their sufferings. It is because of all these myths associated with Ayurveda, that it is considered as a divine science of revelation and thus values personal insight as much as empirical observation.

An Introduction To Ayurveda

Ayurveda, the ancient medical science of India, is accepted as the oldest scientific medical system, with a long record of clinical treatments. Apart from being a mere doctrine for medical treatment, Ayurveda shows a way to protect and maintain health, to cure diseases and to lead a healthy long life.

 

Ayurveda considers an individual as a combination of body, mind and soul. It believes that no two individuals are alike, and hence recommends different treatment for each individual based on their individual constitutions though they may have similar symptoms.
