Job Description: Highly energentic sales people required – for an established and reputable Alternative Asset Management firm based in London is seeking to expand its highly successful sales floor.

As a broker your role will entail: Discussing investment opportunities. Identifying clients with investible funds and discuss current holdings and investments. Junior Brokers will refer warm leads to Senior Brokers to close business. Senior Brokers will receive warm leads to close.

Job Requirements:
A confident, driven, money motivated approach to your role
200- 300 calls to pre qualifed leads a day – 1000 a week minimum
A fantastic telephone presence with the ability to converse with potential investors about their current portfolio and future investment aspirations
The ability to work efficiently on your own as well as part of a productive team.
The desire to be successful and earn some great money!
Punctuality and professional approach is crucial.

Salary:
Basic Salary: £12,000 salary plus excellent commission structure
incl Commission: £80,000 per year

OTE – 1st Month £1500+. 2nd Month – £2500+. 3rd Month – £3500+.
Most experienced brokers earn upwards of £6,000 per month!
